It might have taken a long time to arrive, but when Chef’s toasted cheese, tomato and mayonnaise sandwich turned up, it was flawless. We were at Tom’s, in ra Westbourne Grove – an old style caff, with a garden at the back and a deli downstairs. While there we stocked up on a great vegetarian Manchego cheese for tapas later too. Chef’s Kiss!

Can I dare I ask where you found the vegetarian manchego? And can I get some to please? My darling other half found some a while back and she’s now gone a bit crazy trying to find some more.
