Gazpacho is the gift that keeps on giving, so I was delighted to find Alvalle’s fresh soup in a carton in Waitrose. Smooth and refreshing, with only natural stuff in it, it’s great with some fresh red pepper, cucumber and bread.
Completely different from the more rustic gazpacho we make at home (we don’t have a sieve – ouch), this is ideal for a fast lunch. I’m also planning on trying it with vodka to make (what else?) a bloody olé! Chef’s Kiss!
