Tendido Cero

After a long day at work, dinner out called, so we strolled down the Brompton Road until we came across Tendido Cero, a tapas restaurant. Bustling on a Tuesday night is always a good sign, so we went in and luckily got a seat at one of their linen covered tables where compact cutlery and little plates were laid. We chose some rose and then the food started arriving. We had green salad with a nutty cheese, aubergine chips that were crisp on the outside and beautifully soft inside, bread with a herby tomato topping, Arzua cheese parcels with tomato marmalade and, for good measure, Sue had some chorizo too. Everything was light, fresh and delicious, and service was excellent. It’s a new favourite. Chef’s Kiss!

  1. It’s a great place, I also recommend going to Cambio De Tercio across the road – definitely the best spanish restaurant for fine dining! yum!
